All recipes are free from refined sugar, wheat flours and alcohol. There are plenty of dairy free options too and some of the recipes are also paleo compatible.
In some of the snack and baking recipes, gluten appears in the form of porridge oats, but these can simply be replaced with gluten free oats if preferred.
Throughout this book, you’ll find that minimally processed ingredients are favoured and junk food is definitely out!
